Notes:
The Team arrived as scheduled and celebrated the hike with a cold beverage and starting in on observations plus getting situated for the week. After dinner the team got on to the internet and poured over the weather sites discussing models and long range forecasts, getting a feel for the week in general. The night’s discussion was the dust storm and alternate routes considering the warm snowpack. Tomorrow’s plan will be to get the tent to Star Pass and take HS readings in the area and set a baseline for the rest of the weeks
